I love the doctrine of pre-mortal life. I think it is so empowering. I remember when you taughts us these doctrines our first day in the field (in the "upper room") and again at zone conferences. I remember thinking if I were ever in a calling with the youth or taught seminary, I would be sure to remind them of these powerful and inspiring doctrines. When I was asked to teach early morning seminary I spent a little more time than the manual recommended on these doctrines. One of my favorites scriptures of pre-mortality is Revelation 12:10-11. I remember feeling a sense of nobility and duty to God and a reminder that if we overcame before with our testimonies of Christ we can overcome again.
